(+++solved+++) Super Unresponsive Web Backend!

Troubleshooting
Resolved

+++ UPDATE > SOLVED: Since the update to v1.1.12, the backend's responsiveness has returned to normal. I would like to thank the FF team, the support team, and Patricia Wei for their immediate efforts and a swift update +++

Hi all, hi Patricia Wei

We are all aware of the issues with the Web/Browser Test Run since the FF team introduced an FF update two weeks ago.

Yesterday, we were gifted with yet another update, v6.1.11

Since then, my FF backend, where we work on our apps, has become extremely slow when selecting, clicking, and so on.

It's in slow motion, and what I do in seconds, like with every interface — clicking, scrolling, and writing — is now all in slow motion. It is unbearable to work with.

And yes, I cleared browsers' caches, used Chrome, Edge, and Firefox. No, my internet isn't slow. It's just that since about 36 hours ago, the backend interaction has slowed significantly. I blame the ongoing work behind the scenes for that. Not only is the web test run not yet working, but the backend is also experiencing significant issues.

Please let me know if you are experiencing the same issue. I will be quitting here shortly.

Thanks,
Dan

PS: I have suspended my paid plan.

PPS: Since I reported this behaviour in GitHub too, I got this response:

Hi!
Thank you so much for taking the time to report this. We understand how frustrating performance issues can be, and we truly appreciate your feedback.
Our team at FlutterFlow is currently working on a solution for this issue, as it's already been flagged by other users as well.
For that reason, I’ll go ahead and mark this report as a duplicate and link it to an existing ticket:
#4949. Rest assured, your case will be included and taken into account as we work toward a resolution.

If you’d like to share any additional details or comments, please feel free to post them directly in that thread.

Thanks again for your patience and understanding.

Best regards

So, in short, they closed my bug report, and referred to a report from 2024, status "stale"
https://github.com/FlutterFlow/flutterflow-issues/issues/4949

What have you tried so far?

Not to get too angry. But it is really hard to stay calm since every update breaks more things, and nobody seems to care from the dev team.

Did you check FlutterFlow's Documentation for this topic?
No
