UAT and Production Environments for FF/API/Supabase

Hi, I know i can clone a project in supabase, so i was intending to do that and have a UA and Production setup... but:

1. How in FF to swap out the API base URL and API key from UAT to Prod ?

2. How in FF to swap out the Supabase API URL and Anon key ?

I know how to do the above, but that seems like such a messy why to have a UAT/Prod setup, do anyone have a better way of doing it?
