DateTime Picker on Textfield

I watched some videos about DateTime Picker.
Now the user can set DateTime with button Set.

I wanna to user can set dateTime when he taps on textfield. Textfield default value is "current time". If user wants to set past date then he should tap on textfield.

How to do it without code?
