Generate manual dynamic link?

I understand how to generate a dynamic link on demand through an action workflow (such as a button click) - however, I need to provide a URL to an API call which will always return the user to specific page in my app (onSuccess).

Is there a way to manually generate a dynamic link to a FF app page that I can include in my API call?
