How to trigger automatically an action to play a sound to alert user when something change in database

I need to play a sound automatically in a screen when something change in a database field to alert the current user when something is done or complete. But i do not have widgets or actions that can run in backgroud like a listener. All the actions we have access in FlutterFlow are triggered when we click it.
