Trigger timer simultaneously on pages.

Could someone suggest the best logical strategy for this situation?

I have a page with a timer. This page will be open with the timer on multiple devices (for example: a phone and a computer; two or more computers). When a user presses a button to start the timer, the timer will be triggered simultaneously on the open pages.
