For the past four months, I've dedicated early mornings, late nights, and weekends to crafting an app called Asterix AI, which is now open for beta testing (IOS only), and every moment of the process has been exhilarating.
Allow me to introduce Asterix AI.
Asterix AI presents users with a platform boasting a diverse array of over 200 chat assistants spanning 10+ categories. These assistants cater to every facet of life, whether it be productivity tools or entertainment companions. Throughout development, I chose to refine them, fine-tuning each one to be hyper focused on a specific subject to enrich the user experience.
Take a peek at the categories our chat assistants are centered around:

Acknowledging and considering the saturation of similar apps in the market, I aimed to inject creativity into the user experience. Thus, I built an AI image generation tool capable of channeling the style over 30 art movements, empowering users to produce one-of-a-kind artwork. This integration enhances Asterix, making it a more unified platform.
You might wonder if this offering parallels what other prominent AI companies provide. While it shares similarities, my analysis of the current AI app marketplace revealed a notable gap in personalization and seamless integration among existing platforms. While some apps offer chat and image generation models separately, few combine them effectively. Those that do often lack the personalized touch necessary to justify their high price points.
To tackle this challenge, during onboarding, users can choose from over 10 "For You cards" that match different personality types. These cards, gamified and captivating, help tailor their experience. By curating their feed based on this choice, we showcase AI assistants that suit their personality, refining the experience over time for relevance and engagement.
