I did not find anyone who has already done it, but I created a launcher for Android using Flutterflow. At the beginning of the app, it is possible to choose whether to use the app as a launcher or a normal app. It includes a notes block, calendar, a system for sharing files with other devices, and customization of the launcher. With the Continental account, all configurations and app data are synchronized, including the wallpaper. I still do not know very well how to monetize it, but I already have the stable version.
