My Story:
I built this app purely out of passion. After spending over 20 years in IT, I decided to take a career break and create something of my own. Around March last year, the idea of developing an AI Astrology app struck me, and I haven’t looked back since. At the time, I was experimenting with low-code/no-code tools like Bubble, which I used to develop and launch the first version of my app as a hybrid app (a website wrapped in an Android wrapper). Bubble is fantastic for testing concepts and quickly bringing an MVP to market to gather user feedback, but it’s not yet optimized for building robust mobile apps.
Based on user feedback and the technical limitations of Bubble, I decided to rebuild the app from scratch. That’s when I discovered Flutterflow. In October, I began redesigning and rebuilding the app using Flutterflow, and within three months, the new version was live on Google Play—just in time for the New Year! The response has been amazing, and people are really enjoying the app. I’d love for you to give it a try and share your thoughts! 🌟

I am using Open AI and astrology API
Authentication is via Firebase
Database is Firestore
I am using custom functions to run a scheduler every day to update daily horoscope
From App building to User Experience Flow to Content Strategy to Graphic Design to Logo and Branding everything is done solely by me.
I have used Canva for creating the visuals of the app as well as Leonardo AI and ChatGPT for generating AI images
I am offering all the app features for Free now. I have not yet finalised on the monetisation strategy yet. My main aim is to understand user engagement and traction in the coming few months.
