Add ALL items from a list to a list?

Hello, I'm trying to add all items from a widget state list (uploaded images) to a page state variable list. I cannot figure out how to do so. Only way I've found is to use "Set Value" which I do not want since this would erase any previous entries. Any way to do this?

What have you tried so far?

Check docs and community forums, can't seem to figure this out. Tried messing around with the "value to add" portion to see if there was another way to do this.
