Adding a display name field to the Create account

I have created a button (create account with fields of NAME, EMAIL, PASSWORD) to the authentication, but it only provides the fields for email and password. i looked into the earlier versions and there's an option to add in a set fields which is not available to in the current version.

Hpw can this be resolved
