adding the user who filled out the form to the form collection

I am currently working on an app which is heavily reliant on user input and the filling out of forms.

1. I am having an issue with getting the users name/reference and using it as a key for who created the task and this will be very important.

2. Also I have a section which says "hi [display name]" but currently it does not display a name.
