All Conditional Actions flag as Conditional action must have a True or False action. regardless of what is in the statement

Any time we add a Conditional Action, it flags with the error "Conditional action must have a True or False action." regardless of what we put into the condition. This includes using the constant True, or a Single Condition of Random Int Equals Random Int, as well as other things that normally work like apiResult => Succeeded.
I believe this behavior started with the 5.0.1 release.
Is anyone else seeing this? How do we get a Conditional Action to not flag an error every time?

What have you tried so far?

We have tried existing projects as well as creating new empty projects with a single button.
We have tried Mac Desktop (5.0.1) as well as Web.
We have tried using a the constant True, a single condition of Random Int Equals Random Int, api results Succeeded, and other comparisons including strings.
