Any one facing issue in google maps file?

I am unable to download my application, I am facing issue related to google maps. Is it common for everyone or only for me? I downloaded the application 4 days ago and no changes made regarding google maps just changed some minor things that is not related to google maps

What have you tried so far?

I tried to download apk which uses google maps api and places api causes error while downloading apk.
