App does not run on local device

I want to run the app on my local device, but it loads FOR EVER.

Any idea why or how to make it happen?

What have you tried so far?

I upgraded my account just to be able to run the test version local on the device.

I connected everything from android studio to visual studio.

And yet, it loads over 2 hours as it shows in the screenshot and I am not able to test run it on the device.
