i have a question about flagging app state variables to "persisted" is true. does this save the app state variable to the individual instance of the app? or to the user? or to apps across devices?
the reason i am asking is that i have an app that different users will use on different devices, and i want to save user preferences as an app variable type list. will these only show for the individual on their instance of the app, or for all individuals across devices/instances?
