App Store deployment not reflective of changes

Hi I made two updates to my app in FF then redeployed to the App Store for review and submission.... I just checked the version that is now live and it is not reflecting either of the changes I made. Any thoughts?

What have you tried so far?

ive double checked the versions that went to App Store and google play I dont know what happened... one issue was with text (I just changed a word) and the other was turning test mode off for stripe
