Appstore reject due to app not optimized for IPAD

Hi guys,

My app was rejected by the Appstore due to this issue "your app was not optimized to support the device screen size or resolution".

How do you to optimize the app for IPAD devices? Do i have to create responsive designs and wrap my design?

What have you tried so far?

I am still exploring but I believe should be my responsive designs are not set up
