Basic plan active but Code Download is not available

Troubleshooting

Hi FlutterFlow team,

I am currently subscribed to the Basic plan. In the pricing page, Basic plan shows that Code Download is included.

However, when I try to download/export my project source code, I am not able to access the Code Download feature.

My subscription page shows:

- Plan: Basic

- Billing: Monthly

- Status: Active

- Renewal date: Jun 26, 2026

Could you please help me check whether Code Download has been properly activated for my account/workspace?

What have you tried so far?

I have checked the FlutterFlow pricing page and confirmed that Code Download is listed under the Basic plan.

I also checked my subscription page, and it shows that my Basic plan is active.

I tried refreshing the browser and checking my billing/subscription page, but the Code Download feature is still not available.
