Dear team,
I have downgraded from a team growth plan to a basic plan by cancelling my growth plan and subscribe to a basic plan (one day before the expiration of my growth plan). However now I have an active basic plan but it seems that non of the features available on the basic plan are made available and it prompts me to upgrade to a basic plan while I have paid for one already.
Any help would be appreciated.
