Block Interaction Google Maps

I would like to enable/disable interaction on Google Maps. I know that there is already a feature for this but it's not dynamic.

What have you tried so far?

At the beginning I want the user to be able to interact with Google Maps. Then I want to block the interaction but I still want to see the Maps.

Do you have an idea ?
