Bottom Nav Bar Doesn't Show in Production Deployment Mode

Hi Community, In my app, I am using the bottom nav bar, as usual. In Test and QA mode, the bottom nav bar shows up, but when I deploy to production, it does not.

this is with the Responsive Visibility selected for all devices.

In Dev and QA the bottom Nav bar shows

But NOT in the production deployment.

What gives? can anyone please help?
