Brand new Project has Compilation Errors

Troubleshooting

I have a brand new project. We are working on our new platform and have to migrate to a new app. After a bit of design work and settings I tried to run the app, but I get an compile error every time. In the code, the file is indeed missing.

What have you tried so far?

I removed custom dependencies, tried to build it via VSCode. Tried rebuilding. Localrun, etc.
