Build Issue only while running on local device

Error:
Attribute uses-permission#android.permission.WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE@maxSdkVersion value=(32) from AndroidManifest.xml:7:79-105
is also present at [:camera_android_camerax] AndroidManifest.xml:16:9-35 value=(28).
Suggestion: add 'tools:replace="android:maxSdkVersion"' to <uses-permission> element at AndroidManifest.xml:7:5-107 to override.

What have you tried so far?

Yesterday, it was running with version 4.1.82, but today with version 4.1.83, it is not running and is showing the above error. We also removed the most recent changes, but it is still showing the same error.
