can i share or export widget models and page models from other projects?

I need to recycle components or pages models from one of my projects to other one without code method, can i do this or is imposible? i upload a image of the component i want to export to other one for example

What have you tried so far?

I tried to shared with other method or direct copy but didnt works , i dont know if i can do it without code method
