I have a Collaborator pass that I cancelled last month, but I’m still paying for it. How do I cancel the Collaborator pass? How do I stop getting billed for this?
When I go try to cancel the Collaborator pass because I’m still being billed, I can’t. When I go to the Teams page on my account, click on ‘Cancel Team Seats’, I’m not able to remove the team seat I’ve purchased.
