Can't edit the content of the users schema in Firestore, but can access the other schema

When I click on the little edit (pencil) icon of the "users" schema, the clicking animation happens on the icon, but it doesn't take me to where I can edit the fields. I can access the other schemas but not the "users" one. Up until 3 or 4 days ago, it worked fine.

Attaching a pic of the Firestore Rules in case that helps—although I'm thinking that may not be the issue. Thanks for any help anyone can provide.

What have you tried so far?

I've tried accessing fields by clicking on them. I can open image URLs and latlong locations in the browser. But if I try to update any of the documents, nothing happens after clicking the pencil icon. I can also delete documents by clicking the trash icon.
