Hi,
We had a Pro account on monthly basis. We had problem with our monthly invoice payment and we were unable to access the Pro features after the payment failure. We checked the invoice and triggered the payment and the payment was done successfully and it is reflecting on the billing account. But in Flutterflow we are still unable to access the Pro features.
I contacted Flutterflow support and they asked me to cancel and re subscribe. I tried to cancel, it says cancellation completed, but still it shows the Pro Plan in my account and the cancel subscription button again becomes enabled. I have cancelled multiple times, but the cancel button becomes enabled every time and it is not getting cancelled actually but it says subscription cancelled.
When I try to access the Pro features none of them is working, but it is showing I am subscribed as Pro User. I have been communicating with the support who seem to be having less knowledge to even understand this simple Issue and get it resolved.
I am writing to the community to see if any one is having some inputs regarding the same. Thanks
