Cannot Create Firebase

Currently I am UNABLE to create a firebase project. you receive an auth error and not able to sign-in. How are you supposed to actually build anything without a backend db???

What have you tried so far?

If I try to create it on the console itself, it refuses to link with nonstop errors.
