Cannot edit lottie animation source

Lottie Animations seem to be broken. I cannot specify an asset. The upload button is completely unresponsive. Similar issues when trying to specify a URL for a network asset. The field reverts to blank.

What have you tried so far?

I've tried this in both Chrome and Safari, in two different projects, with existing and brand new Lottiefiles
