Choicechips selected index

Very simple straight forward question. How do I get the selected index of a choice chip. Simple as that, however I must be missing the straightforward answer somewhere

What have you tried so far?

Basically looked under all of the actions available for the "Onselected" event. And nothing can return the variable/selected index. When I manually specify an Integer then it displays the info but I need to get the index not set it
