Close a support Ticket

Troubleshooting

If I answered my own question, and would now like to withdraw/close a support ticket, how would I do that.

What have you tried so far?

I've clicked like crazy all the links I can find on the pop up help thingy. I don't find anyway to close or delete or even add to the ticket.

Of course, once they get to the page they will see that I resolved the issue another way but it would be more tidy to close it out.
