Cloud Function Not Deploying

I am trying to deploy a cloud function to use a webhook with stripe connect. Can anyone identify why it wont deploy?

edit: i fixed the typo "paymentStaus" and it still wont work.

What have you tried so far?

I have already set the time zone.

I am on the blaze plan.
