Code Error - During "Test" work/page

While my mobile app page (the screen I am working on) shows NO 'Bug Issues' ... When I 'Test' the page/screen (session Testing) ... I get a "BUILD FAIL" (49 packages have newer versions incompatible with dependency constraints. Try flutter pub outdated for more information.Launching lib/main.dart on Web Server in debug mode...

PLEASE, PLEASE HELP!

What have you tried so far?

So I, UPGRADED from FREE to "Base" ... still the same Error.
As I understand it - the Error is this > const ImpactStatCardWidget({
To FIX it, I need to 'remove' > 'const' from Line 14.
BUT I Can Not, as I can Not Find Access to the Code
