Components in ListView | Remove from List at index not working

Troubleshooting

What have you tried so far?

Using a component parameter that passes in the index of the component in the page state instead of relying on the Unique key
Passing in the index using Callback Parameters
Passing in the entire page state that holds the ingredients list, but I constantly got build errors + I can't imagine this complicated way to be the solution.
