Conditional visibility not working as expected

Hey!, I need help, I am trying to make a row just visible if there is content inside of it, I try differents ways with the conditional value but it doesn't work, please help me.

What have you tried so far?

make the conditional value to: if (document exist) then (document exist) else (empty string is set and not empty)
