connect 2 flutterflow project to the same database in firebase

I am building 2 projects that must use the same database, and be able to access the same collection of users, in the first app it connects very well to Firebase, but when connecting the second app it does not read the database, especially the collection. of users, in both apps the structure is the same, I checked all the configuration in flutterflow and it is the same in both apps, I don't know what it could be, I need help

What have you tried so far?

I tried to change the rules, check that the flutterflow user is there, but none of that has worked
