Constraints in the AppBar Leading section (left side)

I have tried wrapping the row in a container, checking main axis size/alignment, chaining from center title app bar to larger header under app bar settings as well as checking other settings. Nothing is removing this constraint and causing an overflow where items in the leading portion of the app bar are not accessible and are covered up by the backgroud / cut off. There is also nothing that would cover over anything within the center of the app bar. I have checked everything. Have also tried it in other screen sizes and it still has the same issue, on the right side it seems to work fine but I need my extra button on the left and not the right. It also has nothing to do with the color of the icon button or transparency, even in preview mode the second button is only accessible/clickable by a tiny sliver.
