Create Document not saving fields to Firestore on Sign Up

I have a Sign Up page with Name, Email, Password and Role fields. I am using Auth Create Account with Create User Document toggled ON pointing to my users collection. The document is being created in Firestore but all fields are empty. I have mapped name to TextField 1, email to TextField 2, role to DropDown. What am I missing?
