Creating fullsize & thumbnail images from the camera via actionflow

Hi all

Is there a way I can take a photo from the camera and save a full size copy to FB AND also save a thumbnail sized one?

Currently I save a fullsize copy for use on Cards in lists, but each card then downloads the fullsize version. Clearly not very efficient.

I'm keen to find a non-code solution here if possible.

What have you tried so far?

Creating an actionflow but the upload action only does either full size or resizing and you can't use two in one actionflow
