Hi all,
it is easy enough to implement the customer support widget of crisp.im by posting the code snippet from their instructions into the custom header of the flutterflow webapp. However, users contacting support that way are not identified by their authenticated user but need to be asked for their email address, something that is not a good user experience. Does anybody have experience passing the authenticated user data into the crisp-widget? (Flutterflow itself uses Intercom for chat support, the process should be similar...).
Thx and cheers,
M.
