Custom Dialogs not aligning with target widget.

I'm having this issue where on Local Run, custom dialogs are not aligning with the target widget. They align perfectly in test mode on web, but local run it seems to just be off by like 60-100PX. Any way to fix this?

What have you tried so far?

Checking custom dialog settings.
