Date/Time picker not displaying time in chosen button

I haven't been able to figure out how to make the Date/Time picker work. I have a Start date on my app, but the way I have it set up show the snack bar updates the date, but the StartDate cell button does not get updated.

What have you tried so far?

I tested with a Text widget, then with a container. I have 3 Actions in the container Date/Time Picker-Update Page State and lastly, I added Show Snack Bar.
