Define a DeepL API Call

Hello, I am trying to define a DeepL API, but I keep getting error messages.

What have you tried so far?

I did everything as it should normally be done and also followed the instructions given by DeepL itself. (Which can also be found again in the appendix or here the link: https://developers.deepl.com/docs/getting-started/your-first-api-request)
