Delete collaboration

Hi all,

I have added an agency to collaborate to my project, now I can't remove them.

I have asked the agency owner to remove but without success so far. Can someone give me some light on how to remove it. On the settings, collaboration, I can't edit and remove it.

What have you tried so far?

try the collaboration page and is not working. Names are not showed for privacy reasons. The button Users & Permissions are inactive
