Deploy firestore rules

I'm trying to do user authentication by email and password, the data is saved in the database but doesn't navigate to the next page. I'm trying to deploy FIRESTORE RULES but this is the error I get. I tried changing the rules manually with artificial intelligence, I tried changing the location but I don't have a GCP location in the settings at all. i'm lost here for 2 weeks.

What have you tried so far?

I watched all the videos and DOCS there are, but they all have GCP in the settings and I don't have it.

I tried changing rules manually or creating a new project in FIREBASE.

I've tried everything I know and can think of, maybe the problem is somewhere else.
