Desktop app Version 5.0.8 (5.0.8) Local run no longer working

I've been using the desktop app for months. After updating to Version 5.0.8 (5.0.8) yesterday, the local run no longer works.

What have you tried so far?

I've clicked the "Setup Local Run" and I've gone through the steps several times. The state of the button doesn't change.
