Desktop version does not open

Troubleshooting

I can't run the desktop version. Initially it showed an update window and after a few seconds it closed. Now it no longer shows the update window, but it keeps closing after a few seconds.

What have you tried so far?

I already uninstalled and installed it again but it didn't work.
