Difference between Data Structure Field, Has Field, To JSON

I wonder what are the differences between these three options that come when dealing with an App State of Data Type form.

Could someone explain the use cases, please?

What have you tried so far?

I tried Data Structure and JSON and noticed that in some cases, they are not interchangeable!
