(Refer to pictures for quicker understanding, the first two have the switch under toggled off, and they work. The third one has the switch toggled on, and it doesn't work. You can see what switch I'm talking about in the third picture, did not include in the first two.)
When I enter a custom domain without the leading 'www.', and untoggle the button right below that says 'Also www.[custom domain]', and I click connect, it works.
Then when I do the same thing with 'www.[custom domain]' it works.
But when I enter a custom domain without the leading 'www.', and toggle the button right below that says 'Also www.[custom domain]', and I click connect, it says 'Expected DNS Records not found. Please check DNS settings, wait a few minutes and try again.'
It works individually but not both at the same time. Why?
